                     This Indenture,
Made the 28th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four
Between Martha Shutts of Cobleskill N.Y. of the first part, and John R. Shutts of Cobleskill N.Y. of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of Twenty five hundred Dollars, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has bargained, sold, remised and Quit-Claimed, and by these presents does bargain, sell, remise and Quit-Claim unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, All that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate in the town of Cobleskill County of Schoharie and State of New York, and bounded generally as follows. On the north by lands of Austin Angle (dec'd) On the east by lands of Ellsworth Rose & wife & Lewis Dane. On the south by the lands of Albert Ottman and on the west by lands of Jared Van Wegman and George Wethereaux (dec'd) containing 109 acres of land more or less. Reference for a more particular description of these premises is made as a deed from William Borst & Betsy his wife & Eva Borst to Marcus Borst dated April 5, 1832 and recorded June 28, 1832 in Book O of deeds page 509 also to a deed from Thomas Lawyer & wife to Marcus Borst dated April 6, 1840 describing a 6 acre lot called the flat or meadow lot.

Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in or to the above bargained premises, with the said hereditaments and appurtances, to have and to hold the said described lands and premises to the said party of the second part, his hairs and assigns, to the sole and only proper benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
     In witness whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written.
