In the name of God, Amen, I, Peter H. Snyder of the Town of Sharon in the County of Schoharie and State of New York considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound and perfect mind and memory (Blessed be Almighty God for the Same) do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following that is to day.

First I give and Bequeath unto my beloved wife Eve Snyder, After my Decease, the use of the South room of my Dwelling house during her natural life And as long as She remains my widdow together with the use of the chamber Immediately above it and the cellar underneath two milch cows, All my Sheep and All my household furniture, My Loom with the hamish belonging thereto And Also will that my Grandson John Weaton do Support her As long as she remains my Widdow, in meats and drinks, clothing, washing, mending attendance in Sickness & such. And Sufficiently to make her comfortable in her old age. I also Give unto my beloved wife after my Decease all my other cows, oxen, heifers and calves 7

Secondly, I Give And Bequeath unto my GrandSon John Weaton, And to his heirs and Assigns forever All my real Estate consisting of the farm I now live on containing About Seventy Acres of land [?] bounded as follows. On the South west by lands of William Beekman, on the NorthWest by lands of John Sixby, on the North East by the lands of Paul Strobeck and on the South East by the lands of David Fraats, reference being had to my deed for the same note more fully appear and may contain seventy acres more of less, I also Give unto him all my horses, and all my farming utensils of whats:ever name or nature it may be, I also will that my Grand Son John Weaton Shall find provender and Pasture for two cows and six Sheep for my beloved wife Eve Snyder as long as she remains my Widdow.

Thirdly I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson Peter Hynds, Son of Jacob Hynds And to his heirs and assigns forever the Sum of fifty Dollars to be paid out of my Estate by my Grand Son John Weaton two years after my Decease.

Fourthly, I give And bequeath unto my Grand Son David Snyder Son of Henry Snyder And to his heirs And Assigns forever the Sum of fifty Dollars to be paid out of my Estate three years After my Decease By my Grandson John Weaton.

Fifthly, I Give unto my Daughter Catherine Hynds, wife of Jacob Hynds the Sum of five Dollars to be paid out of my Estate One year after by Decease by my Grand Son John Weaton.

Sixthly, I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Henry Snyder the Sum of five Dollars to be Paid out of my Estate by my GrandSon John Wheaton, One Year after my Decease.

Seventhly, I will that all my honest Debts together with my funeral charges Be first paid by my Executors out of my Estate.

Eighthly And lastly, I do hereby appoint my true and trusty friends John Sixby and Peter Fraats, Executors to this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking All former Wills by me made. In witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Sixteenth day of may in the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty two.

Signed Sealed published and Declared by the Above named Peter H. Snyder to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence of the testator.

I Henry Hamilton, Surrogate of Schoharie County do certify that the within Will and Codicil thereto has been admitted to probate by me and that probate thereof was franted on the ninth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty four. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of office of the said Surrogate at Schoharie, the day and Year aforesaid.

A codicil to my last Will and Testament by me made the sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lour One thousand eight hundred and thirty two, which said will is contained on the other leaf and is According to my present purpose, Excepting that I Give and Bequeath unto my Eldest Daughter Maria Elisabeth formerly the wife of Joseph Wheaton, the Sum of five Dollars to be paid out of my Estate by my Grans Son John Wheaton One year after my Decease.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twentieth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty four.

Signed, Sealed published and Declared by the above named peter H Snyder to be a codicil to his last Will and testament before mentinoned in the presence of us who have hereundto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator

This indenture made and executed this fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety three between Hendrick Snyder of Schohary in the County of Albany and State of New York Farmer of the first part and Peter H Snyder of Rensselaerville in the County and State aforesaid Farmer of the Second part witnesseth that I the said Hendrick Snyder for and in consideration of the full and just sum of three hundred and fifty six pounds current good and lawful money to me in hand before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and theref? and of every part and parcel thereof quit and discharge him the said Peter H Snyder, his heirs and assigns forever by these presents, Have granted, Bargained, Sold, offered, remised, release and confirmed and by these presents do grant, Bargain, sell offer, remise, release and confirm unto the said Peter H Snyder and to his heirs and assigns forever, All the Equity, right, title, benefit of interest that the said Hendrick Snyder now have or at any time heretofore had or in justice ought to have, occupy, enjoy,
possess in a certain piece, parcel, tract of land situate lying and being in Schohary in the County and State aforesaid now occupied by Peter Snyder Esquire, George Hiltz and Christopher Hiltz of Schohary aforesaid and containing one hundred acres of land between some more or less. Together with all the ways, watters, woods, underwoods, mines, minerals and profits, rents, uses, benefits buildings, fences, improvements, privileges and apertainances of what name of nature soever that I the said Hendrick Snyder have or had any...right title or interest to or in, either in my own right or by right of inheritance from my Father in all or in any part of the above mentioned premises of which the said Hendrick Snyder have not heretofore sold and conveyed by hand and seal To Have and to Hold All and Singular the Said Land and premises with all the priveliges and apertenances, rents and uses, arising from of belonging to all or any of the above mentioned premises, that I the Said Hendrick have, had, or in right, justice and Equity, ought to have enjoy and possess, that is now in the hands, keeping or possession or unlawfuly kept or detained by the above named Peter Snyder Esquire, George Hiltz, Christopher Hiltz or any other person or persons whatsoever in what manner, where or how soever the Said Peter H Snyder by all Lawful means, mays and methods, can shall or may find, obtain or recover the same either by himself his heirs or assigns or by his or their lawful Attorney or Attornies, in the most absolute and unconditional manner without the least lett, trouble, interuption, hindrance, ejection or molestation of the Said Hendrick Snyder, my Heirs or assigns or of any other claiming by on under me, so that Neither of the Said Hendrick [my Heirs, Executors, Administrators or Assigns or any of them at any time hereafter can or shall Claim, Challenge, Demand, sue
for or recover of him the said Peter H. Snyder, His Heirs, Executors, Administrators any part of parcel etc., his Heirs, Executors, Administrators of Assigns any part or parcel of the above Granted and Given premises. In witness whereof, the parties to their presents have herewith interchangeably Set their hand or Seals the year and Day first above written...

et B This indenture is written on one and a half sheet of paper and secured by three seals and the first is the las word on the first sheet and is also the first word on the second half sheet. Done before on sealing and delivery of these presents.
