Neil J. Cook obituary

     Neil J. Cook, 87, of Howes Cave died Friday, July 14, 1967, in the Community Hospital, Cobleskill, after a short illness. The funeral was Tuesday, July 18, 2 P.M. in the Clark Funeral Home, Central Bridge, with the Rev. Olaf Johnson, pastor of the Central Bridge Methodist Church, officiating.
     Burial was in Old Stone Fort Cemetery, Schoharie.
     He was born Feb. 24, 1880 in Shutters Corners, son of David and Tillie Zimmer Cook. he lived in Shutters Corners for a time and after his marriage to the former Emma Weidman, he owned and operated a farm on Oak Hill 37 years. Mr. Cook was a member of the Central Bridge Methodist Church.
     Survivors are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Leo (Marilyn) Foland of RD Schoharie; a sister, Mrs. Edna Wise of Schoharie; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
