I Charlotte Lincoln of the town of Summit, Scho. Co. NY, widow of the late Joseph Lincoln mindful of the uncertainties of human life do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following. First. After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses (by Executors hereinafter named) I do devise and bequeath one half of all my Estates both real and personal to my daughter, Charlotte Hix wife of Levi Hix, and Second I give and bequeath to the children , heirs of my son Hiram Lincoln deceased the remaining half of all my estates. Third I hereby nominate and appoint Levi Hix and Eleazer Osborn the executors of this my last will and testament, and hereby authorize and authorize them to settle all my accts. Third in case Eleazer Osborn is indisposed or not living then my grand son Levi J Lincoln is to act as executor with Levi Hix. Fourth I 
authorize my executors to purchase and put up a tomb stone at my grave. Signed sealed and delivered in presence of Eleazer Osborn and John Albert who at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other have signed this as witnesses.

In the matter of proving the will of Charlotte Lincoln late of the town of  Jefferson, deceased Schoharie County Eleazer Osborn of Charlotteville in the County of Schoharie and John Albert of Charlotteville in the Country of  Schoharie being duly sworn in open court do depose. and say that they are the subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of Charlotte Lincoln late of the town of Jefferson, in the County of Schoharie deceased, that the said Charlotte Lincoln did in the presence of these deposents subscribe her name at the end of the instrument which is now shown and exhibited to these deposents and which purports to be the last will and testament of the said  Charlotte Lincoln deceased, and which will bears date on the 14th day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five. Deposents further say that the said Charlotte Lincoln the said testatrix did, at the same time of subscribing her name as aforesaid at the end of the said instrument declare the said instrument so subscribed and now exhibited to be her last will and testament and these deposents did hereupon subscribe their names at the end of the said will as attesting witnesses thereto, at the request and in the presence of the said testratix and of each other. Deposents further say that at the said time when the said testatrix subscribed her name to the said last will as aforesaid and at the time of these deposents subscribing their names as attesting witnesses thereto as aforesaid, the said Charlotte Lincoln was of sound mind and memory of full age to execute a will of real estate, and was not under any restraint to the knowledge information and belief of these deponents, and further these depondents say not.

I Charles Holmes County judge of Schoharie County do hereby certify that the last will and testament of Charlotte Lincoln late of the town of  Jefferson in the County of Schoharie deceased. Of which the foregoing record is a true copy was by me duly admitted to probate and recorded as a will relating to both real and personal estate on the 8th day of October One Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy five, which record together with the foregoing record of the proofs and examinations taken before me in relation to the execution and validity there of is thereby signed and certified by me pursuant to the provisions of the revised statutes of this state.
