Elmer Hubbard obituary

     Elmer Hubbard, 82, died at his home in Broome Center on Sept. 21, 1964. Funeral services were held Sept. 24 at the Flat Creek Baptist Church at 2 P.M. with the Rev. Devere Mayo, officiating. Interment was in the Gilboa Cemetery.
     He was born in Gilboa on May 18, 1882, the son of Gumalia and Anna Christiana Hubbard. Hubbard was a retired farmer and former supervisor.
     Survivors are his widow, Louise Loucks Hubbard; seven children: Merle, Clifton and Earl of Gilboa, Mrs. Howard Vaughn of Schenectady; Mrs. Cifford Taylor of Franklinton; Miss Ina Belle Hubbard of Fla. and Mrs. Rudolph Blakesley of New Baltimore; four step children; Mrs. Robert Harrison, Oneonta; Mrs. Clifford Sullivan, Valley Stream, L.I.; Mrs. Harold West, Jr., Ga.; and Mrs. Donald Armlin, Middleburgh.
